Event Overview
Since its inception, Delta Days in the Nation’s Capital (DDNC) has allowed Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. members to participate in the nation’s public policy-making process. This annual conference includes legislative briefings, issue forums, and advocacy skills development. Featured speakers include key policy makers, members of the United States Congress, Congressional staff members and national issues experts.
During DDNC, we host a Collegiate Forum further to engage our collegiate members in social action initiatives. This year, we are excited to announce that in addition to our Annual Collegiate Forum, our National Second Vice President will also host a Collegiate Summit.
The Collegiate Summit is a dynamic leadership development experience designed to empower collegiate members with the tools, strategies, and confidence to excel as leaders. Focusing on personal growth and professional advancement, this two-day event fosters meaningful connections among collegiate members and equips attendees to make a lasting impact within their communities, within the Sorority, and beyond. Through interactive sessions, workshops, and panels, the Summit aims to inspire participants to embody the values of Delta Sigma Theta and drive change in every aspect of their lives.
