Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., with its 111-year legacy of service and scholarship, has been profoundly impacting communities nationwide. Since 1989, the Cincinnati Queen City Alumnae Chapter (CQCA) has championed this legacy in the Greater Cincinnati region through local programs focusing on developing teen girls and young men. Our initiatives, such as the Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy and the Delta G.E.M.S., have enriched the lives of hundreds. At the same time, the acclaimed Beautillion Militaire has offered young men academic preparation and personal development opportunities. CQCA has awarded over $500,000 in scholarships, recognizing youth for their scholarship, leadership, and community service achievements.

Our commitment to youth programs has strengthened in light of urban youth's challenges, particularly post-pandemic. With a dedicated team of educators, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, we aim to equip the next generation with essential skills and values of civic engagement and volunteerism. The 2023 event, with almost 700 attendees, was a sold-out success. The 2024 Red Fusion Brunch is expected to sell out quickly and will feature two rooms of entertainment featuring one of Cincinnati’s most coveted DJ teams - DJ Vader and DJ Stank, both of the Cool Kids Clubhouse! In addition, attendees will enjoy a live performance musician, all of this converging to provide a repertoire spanning smooth jazz, R&B, soul, neo-soul, and hip-hop.

We seek your sponsorship to continue our impactful local initiatives as we collaborate with Delta's national foundation, The Delta Research and Educational Foundation. Your support will contribute to CQCA's responsibility in administering funds for charitable purposes, supporting academic achievement, public service programs, and research initiatives focused on African-American women.
